This Privacy Policy describes the Uappe Mall app policies and procedures for
the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. When you use our services, you trust us with your
information, and we understand this is a big responsibility, and we work hard

the Uappe Mall. By using the Uappe Mall services, You

(refers also to as the Service) refers to the Uappe Mall Services as an e-commerce
building platform (such as online shopping) on the website, mobile devices, or
any other computer devices.

refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to
facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform
services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the
Service is used. For the purpose of the GDPR, Service Providers are considered
Data Processors.

Uappe Mall (also refers as the Mall) refers
to the Uappe Mall application as one of the Uappe, LLC services to run on
computer devices.

Uappe Mall

improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We

When you use the
Service, businesses other than the Company operate stores to sell product lines
or services through the Service. Their Privacy Policy is different than the
Company, and You must carefully review their Privacy

Third-Party
We use third-party vendors
and the Service Providers to handle the Services. The Service Providers have
access to Your Personal Data. These third-party vendors collect, store, use,
process and transfer information about Your activity
on Our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies, and You should review their Privacy Policy
statements. We use the following Service

Google: we use Google Flutter SDK for development and Google Firebase for
database, storage, and other Firebase services to handle the Services. We also use
Google login, notifications, and dynamic links.
Square/PayPal: we use these companies as Payment Providers for each store for online
shopping credit card transactions. We do not access or save the credit card
information.
Apple: We use Apple login.
Twitter: We use Twitter login
Meta: We use Meta for Facebook login. The user can delete the login from Me > Profile. Additionally, users can post a product
image with text and remove it via "Me > Facebook". We do not
collect or store any user data.
We may
